With this tool, you can fix the vertical distance between paragraphs and lines in the text. Vertical spacing significantly affects how any text content is perceived by readers. Adequate spacing between paragraphs and lines makes the text well-organized and easy to understand, whereas insufficient spacing can lead to clutter and readability issues. Our program can organize the spacing between paragraphs and lines so the text didn't have any of these issues. It treats portions of the text that are separated with 2 or more consecutive line breaks as paragraphs and fragments of text separated by a single line break as individual lines. In this example, we adjust the spacing between paragraphs of text that was written by a clumsy writer. He didn't pay attention to distances between paragraphs and the initial distance between the first and second paragraphs is 3 line breaks and the initial distance between the second and third paragraphs is equal to 4 line breaks, which makes the text unnecessarily lengthy and hard to read. To fix the readability issue and the spacing problem, we activate the fix-paragraph mode and specify a constant number of newlines, which is equal to 2, and now the text is just perfect.
In this example, we enable the setting to change the distance only between lines of text. We set the line spacing to 0, which means – remove all line breaks. We trim the text lines and use a comma as the joining character. Notice that because the title of the text is separated from the list by two line breaks, it's considered to be a paragraph and does not change its spacing.
This example customizes the spacing between paragraphs and lines of text in such a way that paragraphs become lines, and lines, on the contrary, become paragraphs. To achieve this effect, it sets the number of newlines between paragraphs to 1 (originally it was 2) and the number of newlines between lines to 2 (originally it was 1).
