With this online tool, you can delete certain words from any text. You can delete just one word or delete multiple words at once. For example, if you have text about princess Merida, such as "Princess Merida is a true heroine" and you want the text to not mention her name, then you can enter the word "Merida" in the options and it will be removed from all places in the text where it's used, and you'll get "Princess is a true heroine" in the output. If you want to delete two or more different words, list them all in the delete option (one per line). When a word is deleted, the whitespace characters on the left and right still remain. To completely delete a word from the text, including the surrounding extra whitespace, use the "Delete Remaining Spaces" option. You can also use the "Case Sensitive Deletion" option to separately delete words that are in uppercase or lowercase (or mixed case). For example, if this option is active, then to delete the words "Merida" and "MERIDA" you'll need to specify both words in the delete option. If this option is disabled, then it's enough to just enter one word once (in any case) in the delete option, and it will be removed. Textabulous!

In this example, we load a story about one of the Winx fairies. We want to create a riddle for the real fans from the Winx Club to let them guess which fairy the story is talking about. To turn the story into a riddle, we remove the name of the princess "Bloom" as well as its possessive form "Bloom's" from all places.
In this example, we paste the schedule of the day of a typical student and remove several words from it at the same time. In the multi-line "Words to Delete" option, we enter these three words: "o'clock", "am", and "pm". We also activate the "Delete Remaining Spaces" option to hide the location of the deleted words in the text (if this option was turned off, then everywhere where a word was deleted, two spaces would have appeared).
This example removes airline names from a list of flights from an airport in Paris. All the words that are a part of an airline are entered in the words-to-delete option and the option to delete extra spaces around the words is enabled as well. As a result, we get a list of flights with just the departure and arrival cities in the output.
